9. Amending the terms and conditions and changes to site
Code:4 may change or remove any part of these terms and conditions of use or any Content at any time, without notice or liability. Any changes to these terms and conditions of use or any terms shown on the Site or any substitute hereof, apply as soon as they are shown. By continuing to use the Site after any changes are posted, you are indicating your acceptance of those changes.

10. Miscellaneous
10.1 If any of these terms and conditions of use are determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable by reason of the application of any law, such provisions shall be severed and deleted from these terms and conditions of use and the remainder of these terms and conditions of use shall continue to have full force and effect.
